Terms of Service for 'MyCouponBox' App

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement aims to stipulate the terms and conditions for the use of the 'MyCouponBox' app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), outlining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the developer.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement)

This agreement becomes effective when the user confirms and agrees to the notified terms while using the app.

The developer may revise the agreement as necessary, and the revised terms will take effect seven days after the date of notification within the app. Any changes will be communicated to users through in-app announcements.

Chapter 2 Use of the Service

Article 3 (Service Usage)

The 'MyCouponBox' app provides services allowing users to register coupons, receive notifications before the expiration date, and more.

The app is free to use, and both members and non-members can access its features.

All information, including coupon images and registered coupon details, is stored within the app. Users are responsible for using the service at their discretion.

Article 4 (Data Retention) If the user deletes the app, all data becomes irrecoverably lost.

The developer is not responsible for any data loss.

Article 5 (Service Restriction)

The developer reserves the right to change, suspend, or limit part or all of the services for efficient operation without prior notice.

Chapter 3 Responsibilities and Disclaimers

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The 'MyCouponBox' app serves as an auxiliary tool to assist users in registering and managing coupons.

The developer is not responsible for any user-registered coupons through the service.

All responsibilities regarding coupon registration and usage lie with the user, and the developer assumes no liability.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The developer is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical defects, power outages, service misuse, or any resulting damages or losses incurred during the use of the service.

Chapter 4 Miscellaneous

Article 8 (Service Termination)

The developer may, when necessary, discontinue part or all of the services after providing prior notice.

Article 9 (User Feedback)

User opinions are valuable to the developer, and improvements to the service may be reflected through the collection of user feedback within the app.

This agreement is effective from November 16, 2023.
